They have been good to us for years, two years ago I would have given them a 5 but after my experiences I wouldn’t give them anything. Last three times of service has been less than acceptable took vehicle in for water pump and 150,000 service, I got all the way home and they forgot to put all the parts back together, parts were sitting on bench in shop when I returned. Next went to have brake fluid flushed, they made such a mess and left me with check engine light on and low fluid in reservoir. Here’s the straw that broke the camels back, took a different vehicle for transmission flush, took it home and parked it, two days later went to run errand and it slipped out of gear, pulled over to check fluid it was extremely low, made another trip to shop and watched them add 4 QUARTS of transmission fluid. I was assured that boss would call when returned from vacation. Never heard a word from them and I don’t recommend any longer.

Arnold Auto Repair was honest, friendly, and extremely helpful. That kind of honesty is hard to come by, and it’s the biggest reason I would recommend them. When they checked my AC compressor, they told me it looked pretty new and suggested I see if it was still under warranty before spending money replacing it. That showed me right away that they genuinely care about helping customers save money. Carson was especially helpful and went out of his way to call and help get everything arranged with the warranty replacement through AutoZone in St. George. They made the whole process much easier and were so kind and conscientious. They’re trustworthy, friendly, and great to work with. This is the only place I’d want to take my car, and I’ll absolutely keep doing business with them.

Took my 2018 Toyota to Arnold's Auto for brakes after I was told by Jiffy Lube that the brakes needed to be replaced. Arnold's checked the brakes and found that they were almost brand new! The best part was Arnold's didn't charge me for the brake check and they could have put new brakes on and charged me for the entire job, but they were honest. I had several friends who have thier vehicles repaired at Arnold's and they were all very happy with the work.

These guys had my cop car that's been sitting for 2 years ready in like 2 days when I gave them a month's budget. Now driving to Draper from Ogden every day on a big rusty bish and she's HANDLING it. Exceptional speed, exceptional services. Would and will again. Update: had these guys throw on a new cam on the ol 347 and I SWEAR they did more than I paid for. Parts of my dash work that didn't before do now and my front suspension feels better.
